All Dry! Sewer Back Water Damage Restored

The sewer backed up into a new construction home just before the builder was to close the sale. The buyers planned move in date was just two weeks away.  Our team jumped into action and cleaned up the mess quickly, removed the contaminated carpet, baseboards, and drywall, and set up dehumidifiers to dry the structure as well as placing HEPA air scrubbers to filter out airborne contaminants. Within a few days the house was clean and dry, and ready for rebuild. We worked with the builder to meet their timeline for reconstruction.  They were still able to close on the sale of the home in time!
